    7:30am | MiBody Studio | Spring - Fall
    We meet at MiBody and head out along the waterfront trails. Choose your distance: 5K, 8K, or 10K. Three pace groups, no pressure, just movement and good energy. Run with friends, meet new ones, and find your rhythm in a crew that supports every step. Be part of the community. PACE GROUPS: Group A: 4:45-5:30 m/km | Group B: 5:30-6:15 m/km |. Group C: 6:15-7:15+ m/km

  • Wednesday AM - Sunrise Speed

    5:30am | Redmond Track | Spring - Summer
    The track is for everyone - new runners, seasoned racers, and anyone in between. It’s a no-pressure space to show up, get moving, and get stronger, one lap at a time. Come for easy laps, interval work, or just the peace of an early start, you're in good company. No egos, just effort. Warm up for 15–30 minutes. Together, we move forward - no runner is left behind.

    6pm | Redmond Track | Spring - Summer
    Welcome to the Pace Society - where we bridge the gap between running and performance. Our Thursday sessions are built to develop the complete runner through a high-energy mix of speed work, threshold intervals, and sustained tempos designed to sharpen your race-day edge. Structured workouts, curated tracks, and a collective push to the finish. Train hard. Find your pace. Join the society.
