We meet at MiBody and head out along the waterfront trails. Choose your distance: 5K, 8K, or 10K. Three pace groups, no pressure, just movement and good energy. Run with friends, meet new ones, and find your rhythm in a crew that supports every step. Be part of the community. PACE GROUPS: Group A: 4:45-5:30 m/km | Group B: 5:30-6:15 m/km |. 5:30am – Redmond Track
The track is for everyone—new runners, seasoned racers, and anyone in between. It’s a no-pressure space to show up, get moving, and get stronger, one lap at a time. Come for easy laps, interval work, or just the peace of an early start, you're in good company. No egos, just effort. Warm up for 15–30 minutes. Together, we move forward - no runner is left behind. -
Friday Night Lights

We’re launching Tempo Track Nights to help you build speed, confidence, and community. Expect structured workouts, good music, and a crew that brings the energy. We’ll be pushing the pace together, dialing in your speed, and sharpening race-day skills in a fun, supportive squad atmosphere. It’s for those who’d rather chase splits than shots on a Friday night. Train hard, have fun, and level up.
